Costa Mesa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a healthcare transactional attorney with 6 years of strong healthcare transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures for healthcare stakeholders. The candidate should preferably have experience in healthcare transactional matters, including provider and health plan mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, joint venture transactions, and private equity deals. Experience with health industry contracting, state licensure, and corporate governance is preferred. Demonstrated regulatory experience in the areas of fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine/fee splitting rules managed care, and healthcare antitrust is a plus. Must have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends and a strong health care regulatory background. Should have California Bar membership in good standing.
