Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a law degree from an accredited law school.
  • A current California Bar license is mandatory; an Oregon State Bar and/or Washington State Bar license is a plus.
  • Experience with bankruptcy, receivership, and related insolvency proceedings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active California Bar license. Additional Oregon State Bar and/or Washington State Bar licenses is a plus.
