Job Overview:

The Senior Employment Class Action Attorney will be responsible for drafting pleadings, developing case strategies, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients in wage and hour matters. They will have the opportunity to fight for clients and achieve significant settlements and verdicts in employment class action cases.

 

Duties:

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Develop and articulate arguments in wage and hour matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate complex legal concepts both verbally and in writing.
  • Exercise common sense in complex situations.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Employment Class Action.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
