Inspire Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company with over 32,000 restaurants worldwide, is seeking a Real Estate Sr. Counsel to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will provide legal support for a variety of real estate projects, including development, sale-leasebacks, and mergers and acquisitions, across our portfolio of brands. With minimal oversight, you will be responsible for negotiating and drafting legal documents, providing advice and counsel, and ensuring compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and negotiate new leases and lease amendments
- Oversee real estate purchase and sale agreements
- Review and resolve title issues
- Provide legal support for lease administration, development, and construction efforts
- Update standard forms of real estate legal documents
- Assist with corporate legal matters as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited . law school
- Licensed to practice law in the United States, preferably in Georgia
- 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably in a law firm or corporation
- Experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Detailed knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on retail leasing
- Experience drafting and negotiating legal documents for real estate acquisitions and divestitures
- Ability to run a real estate deal from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to explain legal strategies to non-lawyer colleagues
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with legal and non-legal professionals
