- Communicating with external parties, such as counsel and insurance brokers.

Qualifications:

- Must have a . degree from an ABA-approved law school and be a member in good standing of the Bar.
- 4+ years of experience in commercial contract law, with experience in M&A and employment law a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with non-legal colleagues.
- Sound analytical and research skills.
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
