AmTrust North America is currently seeking a Staff Counsel I to join our legal team in California. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 and the opportunity to work for a company that values diversity and inclusivity.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the California Labor Code and Rules of Practice and Procedure, as well as experience in workers' compensation litigation. They should also be able to handle a significant caseload and have the ability to travel to various locations throughout California and to AmTrust offices.

As a Staff Counsel I, you will be responsible for representing AmTrust and its carriers in all assigned cases, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and trial work. You will also be expected to maintain regular communication with the Claims Department and stay up-to-date on industry trends and laws.
