Real Estate Attorney - Experienced Opportunity with SRP in Tempe, AZ

What You'll Do:

- Provide high-quality legal work on real property transactions within a team environment.
- Coordinate projects with outside counsel, government relations representatives, and technical experts.
- Develop strong relationships with internal clients and outside counsel.
- Negotiate and draft complex real property agreements.
- Research legal issues and draft written memoranda and other legal documents.
- Manage and support outside counsel with litigation related to real property.
- Analyze legislation for impacts to SRP's core business.
- Communicate effectively with management on the status of legal matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and use discretion and good judgment.

What It Takes To Succeed:

- Admission to practice law in good standing in Arizona or able to gain admission within 12 months.
- Five or more years of legal experience advising clients on real estate transactions.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.

Hybrid Workplace:

We currently offer a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to telework up to three days per week. All employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of our team members and following health and safety protocols to reduce the risk of COVID-19.
