A law firm in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking an Energy Regulatory/Corporate Associate Attorney with a preferred background of 4-5 years of experience in energy transactional and regulatory litigation and compliance. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling regulatory and compliance matters before the Texas Public Utility Commission and other state energy regulatory commissions. Moreover, experience in matters related to the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) or other ISO/RTOs or organized power markets, along with advocacy before state utility commissions and involvement in power transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and power sales, would be highly beneficial.
