  • Contribute to business development efforts aimed at expanding the firm's client base.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate, business, and commercial transactional matters.
  • Comprehensive understanding of general corporate and commercial law.
  • Substantial experience in managing sophisticated M&A and other business transactions for private companies.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for business development.
  • Familiarity with non-profit law and non-profit formations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of franchise law (preferred).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
