As a Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing and mentoring associates and junior attorneys, fostering their growth and development. Collaborating with other Partners to drive the firm's growth and success is a fundamental aspect of this role, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive work environment. Staying updated on legal developments and industry trends relevant to the practice areas is essential, as is demonstrating a proven track record of generating $200,000+ in portable revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school, an active license to practice law in California, and outstanding client development and relationship-building skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and negotiation talents, as well as time management and organizational skills, are key qualifications for this role.
