The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance coverage issues, specifically under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies. Exceptional academic credentials, along with superior research and writing skills, are prerequisites for this role.

Duties:

• Manage and litigate insurance coverage and commercial litigation cases, focusing on professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance matters.
• Analyze complex insurance policies to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of legal practice with a specialization in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• In-depth understanding of insurance coverage issues, particularly under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
