Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters before state and federal courts.
• Conducted legal research and drafted pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation strategy and potential outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
• Membership in the District of Columbia Bar (preferred but not required).
• 1-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in general litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
