Responsibilities:

- Draft, negotiate and advise on a variety of documentation and transactional support structures for the Government, Healthcare, Higher Education and Not-for-Profit businesses
- Review and respond to solicitation documents and negotiate final contracts for GHHN clients
- Assist with projects and initiatives to meet business, regulatory or operational goals
- Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory changes and provide advice on key issues
- Lead and drive teams to implement change and collaboration across functional areas

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years post-admission practicing experience with a major law firm, financial institution or judicial clerkship
- JD or educational equivalent required
- Transactional experience and contract negotiation skills
- Experience working with Governments, Healthcare providers, Higher Education institutions or Not-For-Profit organizations
- Familiarity with banking law and financial services regulations
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple matters, and interact with senior management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations applicable to GHHN clients
- Experience with wholesale payment solutions
- Experience with requests for proposals, particularly from state and local governments
- Knowledge of state and local government issues and procurement laws
