The candidate will assist in legal matters regarding divorce, paternity, child custody, prenuptial agreements, and adoption. Will draft motions, responses, declarations, financial disclosures, correspondence, and other family law related documents. Make various family law court appearances. Assist with trial preparation. Meet with potential clients to consult on their potential legal matter. Ongoing client communication and management. Experience with tracking billable time is needed.
