A law firm is currently seeking a qualified Healthcare Attorney for a position based in San Diego, CA.

Job Overview:

The Healthcare Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to the law firm's clients in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare law, with a preference for those with expertise in healthcare compliance. Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is highly desirable, though admission in other states may be considered.

Duties:

• Offer legal advice and representation to healthcare clients on a range of issues.
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents pertaining to healthcare matters.
• Assist in the resolution of healthcare-related disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare law.
• Experience in healthcare compliance is preferred.
• Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal.
• Admission to practice law in other states may be considered.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Certification in healthcare law or compliance is a plus.
