Duties:

  • Handle transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft and review real estate agreements, contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and title examinations for real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.
  • Assist with negotiations and closings of real estate deals.
  • Collaborate with partners, clients, and other stakeholders on real estate projects.

 

Requirements:

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
