The Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting with case work-up, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and law and motion work under the direction of a supervising attorney. Duties:

  • Assist in case work-up under the direction of a supervising attorney.
  • Propound and respond to discovery requests.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Attend court hearings and proceedings.
