The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in general municipal law, with expertise in 80B and 80K litigation, planning board and zoning board representation, town meetings coverage, FOAA (Freedom of Access Act) coverage, zoning and tax matters, and superior research and writing skills.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal representation and counsel to municipalities on various legal matters, including litigation, zoning, planning, and tax issues.
  • Handle 80B and 80K litigation cases involving municipal matters.
  • Represent municipalities in planning board and zoning board proceedings.
  • Provide legal coverage and advice during town meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with FOAA (Freedom of Access Act) requirements.
