Duties:

  • Defend federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.
  • Handle investigations before the . Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC, and other state and local human rights agencies.
  • Represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board on matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience.
  • 5+ years of litigation experience.
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in California.
