Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join the team in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in defending federal and state wage and hour cases, handling investigations before various agencies, and representing clients in employment litigation matters.

Duties:

• Defend federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.
• Handle investigations before the . Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC, and other state and local human rights agencies.
• Represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board on matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations.
• Manage employment litigation cases in federal and state court.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California.

Skills:
