In this role, you will provide strategic antitrust advice and counsel, manage responses to agency requests and discovery in litigation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance efforts and monitor legal developments in the field of antitrust and competition law. What You'll Do: - Provide strategic antitrust advice and counsel on all aspects of antitrust law - Assist in managing responses to agency requests and discovery in litigation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal Sales Team and the M&A Legal and Corporate Development teams - Support compliance efforts, including by creating and delivering training and crafting compliance tools for Cisco’s global legal and business teams - Monitor and advise regarding legal developments in the field of antitrust and competition law Who You Are: - Bar admission in any jurisdiction with good standing, with a minimum of 5+ years at a law firm, in-house, or with a government agency - Knowledge of US antitrust law and interest in learning more - The ability to synthesize complex issues, think strategically and give practical advice - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an affinity for working collaboratively and positively with colleagues across functions - Strong organizational skills, and proven ability to optimally handle a fluid working environment, including changes in priorities, deadlines, and workload - Experience with M&A transactions and/or antitrust expertise in jurisdictions outside the US is a plus, as is experience in the technology industry We will consider candidates in multiple locations within the US. The salary range posted reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in . and/or Canada locations, not including equity or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. The recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process. . employees also have access to quality medical, dental, and vision insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and numerous wellbeing offerings. They receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, including one floating holiday and a day off for their birthday. Employees also accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues. Cisco offers additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community, and employees can purchase company stock through the Employee Stock Purchase Program. For sales positions, employees earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. Cisco typically pays as follows: - % of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; - % of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; - 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; - Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. There is no minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
