Duties:

• Draft and review litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
• Manage health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Provide legal counsel and support on complex legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as an attorney.
• Proven expertise in drafting litigation documents for health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
• State and federal court experience is a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Immediately transferable skills.
• Robust academic background from nationally recognized schools.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
