  • Prepare and review tax opinion letters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex tax issues affecting renewable energy projects.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Extensive experience with tax credit transactions, tax credit transfers, tax equity financings, and tax opinion letters.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
