The Corporate Real Estate department at Northrop Grumman is looking for a talented and experienced Staff Real Estate Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for teleworking arrangements.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide portfolio
- Work with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to negotiate and document real estate transactions
- Engage in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance the corporate real estate function
- Lead a team and collaborate with others to achieve business goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related field with 15 years of experience OR Master's degree with 13 years of experience in real estate contract negotiation
- Strong interest and experience in contract negotiation and documentation
- Knowledge of real estate market studies, valuation, and financial analysis
- Formal training in negotiation skills is preferred

Salary Range: $123, - $185,
