CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, is seeking a Tax Manager/Director to join their Clean Energy Incentives team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $107,000 - $204,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop client relationships by providing a range of clean energy tax consulting services
- Perform tax due diligence projects by reviewing tax credit calculations and compiling reports
- Lead credit transactions and adhere to deal deadlines
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of tasks
- Monitor engagement progress and ensure adherence to time, budget, and deadlines

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA)
- Minimum of 6 years experience in clean energy tax consulting, tax due diligence, and modeling
- Engineering background is a plus
