Labor and Employment law. You will support the business in . traditional labor law, provide labor and employment law guidance to business partners in various areas of the . business, develop strategies to respond to client's labor law issues, and counsel clients regarding legal compliance. You will also develop and foster relationships as business partners with client by understanding the business goals and objectives, providing business related input, and providing legal advice to the company by providing clients with an informed understanding of the client's legal rights, obligations, and risks to allow the client to make informed decisions. ### Qualifications The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience with all aspects of . traditional labor laws and counseling the business on labor matters. You must be a subject matter expert in employment law and have substantial, diverse legal experience (ex. combination of in-house, government, leading law firm, etc.).
