The firm seeks a highly skilled attorney or counsel with strong appellate experience to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in appellate practice, demonstrated by previous work as a law clerk or in practice and admission to the California Bar.

Duties:

• Drafting appellate briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support appellate cases.
• Assisting in oral arguments before appellate courts.
• Collaborating with partners and senior associates on case strategy and development.
• Managing appellate case files and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Admission to the California Bar.
• Proven appellate experience, either as a law clerk or in practice.
• Graduated near the top of my law school class.
• Participation in law review or moot court activities is preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent oral advocacy skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
