The successful candidate will be responsible for file review, legal analysis, extensive research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and trial preparation.   • Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses.

  • 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation; experience in other practice areas is a plus.

  • Must be admitted to practice in the State of Virginia; admission in other states is a plus.

  • Solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.

 

Certifications:
