Position Overview:

- Senior Corporate Counsel, Devices
- Responsible for shaping privacy across a range of devices and digital services
- Management position with a team of lawyers and stakeholders
- Consult and work closely with business teams to advise on global privacy laws and regulations
- Provide expertise to a diverse group of stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers to shape the development of innovative projects
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, and able to work in fast-paced and challenging environments
- Requires sound judgment and ability to navigate ambiguous situations

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- 10+ years of legal experience
- Experience in technology and commercial transactions or businesses
- Experience working closely with and advising senior executives or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with all levels of legal and business partners or equivalent

Compensation:

- Base pay ranges from $146,500/year in lowest geographic market to $272,500/year in highest geographic market
- Pay based on factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
- Total compensation company, may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- 10+ years of legal experience
- Experience in technology and commercial transactions or businesses
- Ability to work independently with all levels of legal and business partners or equivalent
