The candidate should be skilled in meeting with clients and conducting client and witness interviews. Participate in appeal briefs, responses and oral arguments. Should have a Juris Doctorate degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association with an outstanding academic record. Must have admission to the Virginia Bar.
