  • Analyze coverage during claim investigations and draft coverage evaluations and recommendations.

  • Prepare for trial throughout the case, from inception to completion.
  • Draft appellate motions and briefs.

Requirements:

  • Member of Georgia Bar or eligible for Georgia Bar membership.
  • Admission to federal district courts in Georgia is required.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • 5-8 years of relevant workplace experience, including expertise in first-party and bad-faith coverage matters.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently produce high-quality work product.
