Your role as a Junior In-House Counsel at GF will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, providing legal advice and counsel in various practice areas, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of company policies and procedures, conduct legal research, and support the management of outside counsel.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admission to at least one US State Bar. You should also have 3-5 years of experience in in-house legal or a law firm, with a strong understanding of corporate structuring, governance, and commercial transactions. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of integrity, are also important qualities for this position.
