  • Keep clients updated on significant developments in litigation through reporting and telephone conferences.
  • Support client development and marketing efforts in collaboration with the partnership.
  • Continuously develop legal skills through in-firm mentoring, in-house training sessions, and other professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bar admission in the State of California.
  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school with a GPA of or higher.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a varied caseload.
  • Excellent writing skills to communicate effectively with the court, clients, and opposing counsel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in labor and employment law.
  • Familiarity with California labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
