Position Summary:

- Train and supervise a team of support staff
- Complete comprehensive review of new file assignments and defend significant case depositions
- Handle law and motion, trial preparation, and post-trial motions
- Must have a law degree and admission to the Bar, along with 20+ years of insurance defense experience

Essential Job Functions:
- Evaluate complex claims of liability and damages and provide initial evaluation letter and discovery within 30 days of assignment
- Defend significant case depositions and complete deposition summary within 15 days
- Handle legal research, preparation of motions and court appearances for law and motion
- Prepare for and attend jury trials, as well as post-trial motions
- Must have experience with celebrity and high-profile cases, and a track record of exceeding expectations
