The role involves primarily transactional work, collaborating closely with securities and finance lawyers, investment bankers, financial advisors, and government officials nationwide. Duties:

• Conduct legal research on tax matters and provide analysis to support client transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to tax planning, public finance, and other transactional matters.
• Collaborate with securities and finance lawyers to ensure seamless integration of tax considerations into overall legal strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients, investment bankers, and government officials to address tax-related issues and provide guidance.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in the State Bar.
• 0-5 years of experience in tax law or related transactional practice.
• Experience in public finance or other transactional tax areas is beneficial.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• . in Taxation from a recognized institution.
