- Highly motivated attorney with good judgment, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
- Responsible for identifying and disrupting online abuse and ensuring compliance with Meta's Terms, Policies, and Licenses
- Direct investigations of online abuse in preparation for litigation
- Manage and drive strategy for a variety of litigation matters, including regulatory litigation, consumer class actions, antitrust, and commercial disputes
- Collaborate with and manage outside counsel
- Advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risk
- Coordinate and participate in internal discovery activities
- Develop creative approaches to managing legal risks and resolving disputes

Minimum qualifications:

- . degree and membership in at least one . state bar
- 8+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government, and/or in-house role
- 3+ years of investigations experience at a law firm, government, and/or in-house role
- Experience in strategic thinking and managing multiple high priority projects independently

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating efficiently
- Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
- Trial and appellate experience
- Familiarity with highly technical, software-related subject matters

Salary information: $198,000/year to $266,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
