Job Overview:

The Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, providing legal counsel on bankruptcy-related matters, and managing caseloads efficiently.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on bankruptcy cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents for bankruptcy litigation.
• Represent clients in bankruptcy court hearings and proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in North Carolina.
• 1-5 years of relevant legal experience in bankruptcy litigation.
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.

Education:
