The attorney will be responsible for drafting legal documents, developing litigation strategies, and representing clients in wage and hour matters in both state and federal courts. This role involves being part of a litigation team, participating in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral advocacy skills and a commitment to excellence.

Duties:

• Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Developing strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts
• Participating in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations as part of a litigation team
• Developing persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills under the mentorship of senior attorneys

Requirements:

• Admission to the California State Bar is mandatory
• Law degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school
• 1+ years of experience specializing in employment litigation and wage-and-hour cases
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence
