Duties:

  • Conduct legal research draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
  • Provide legal analysis and strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense litigation.
  • Licensed to practice law in California courts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications (preferred):

  • Certification by the State Bar of California in a relevant legal specialty.

Skills:

  • Litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
