- Devise and lead strategies for licensing, joint development, and standards engagement
- Coach and develop team members, with a focus on diversity and inclusion

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate Degree or equivalent international degree
- Active license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction
- 10+ years of experience in patent law at a law firm or in-house
- Technical background in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Record of successfully negotiating complex disputes and licenses
- 2+ years of experience in team management
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion and pro bono work

Salary Information:

- Legal Counsel M6 salary range: USD $152,300 - $266,800 per year in most locations
- Different range for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area: USD $194,800 - $292,200 per year
- Potential for additional benefits and compensation
