Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and business law.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical legal practice.
  • Highly motivated and hard-working individual.
  • Experience working in the corporate/business/securities group of a large law firm.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
