Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, focusing on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement.
  • Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably with a specialization in IP litigation.
  • Strong understanding of cybercrime laws, intellectual property laws, and enforcement mechanisms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications:

  • Certification or specialized training in cybercrime or intellectual property law (preferred).
