A law firm in Charlotte is seeking an E-Discovery Attorney with 2+ years of experience working on document reviews in a team leadership role. The candidate should have a JD degree and knowledge and experience with discovery in civil litigation and/or complex investigations. Strong familiarity with e-discovery technology, including Relativity, is required. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in performing QC review, drafting privilege logs, and reporting document review metrics.

 

Duties:

  • Oversee document reviews in civil litigation and complex investigations.
  • Utilize e-discovery technology, including Relativity, for document review.
  • Conduct QC review to ensure accuracy and completeness of document production.
  • Draft privilege logs and assist with privilege determinations.
  • Report document review metrics to project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to develop effective e-discovery strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2+ years of experience working on document reviews in a team leadership role.
  • Knowledge and experience with discovery in civil litigation and/or complex investigations.
  • Familiarity with e-discovery technology, including Relativity.
  • Understanding of civil litigation procedures.

 

Education & Certifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Skills:

  • Experience with e-discovery processes and technology.
  • Proficiency in Relativity or similar e-discovery platforms.
  • Strong QC review and privilege log drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
