In this role, you will provide federal tax consulting and compliance services to clients in the Real Estate industry sector. You will work directly with clients, manage tax engagement teams, have access to specialist resources, and utilize the latest tax technologies to serve clients. If you have a solid understanding of Subchapter K, partnership allocation methodologies, and Real Estate Investment Trust qualification rules, then this is the career opportunity for you. Responsibilities - Assist clients with life events for partnerships, such as formations, mergers, and initial public offerings - Use proprietary technologies to streamline clients' tax compliance processes and achieve worldwide compliance - Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the real estate industry - Advise clients on various tax issues, including REIT qualification, Tax Reform impact, business restructuring, and tax controversy - Oversee complex federal tax compliance and consulting projects, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and data analytics - Manage engagement workflow, team resources, and billing - Mentor and develop junior staff, including those in our .
