The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of real estate transactional experience and will work closely with a lateral shareholder. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate matters
• Draft and review real estate transactional documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate transactions
• Assist in negotiations and due diligence for real estate deals
• Represent clients in real estate transactions and litigation, if necessary
• Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate transactional experience
• Proven track record in handling complex real estate matters
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
