The ideal candidate must possess Bar admission and demonstrate the ability to independently advise employers on a broad spectrum of employment law issues. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit strong supervisory and collaborative skills.

Duties:

• Legal Advisory:

  • Independently advise employers on various employment law matters.
  • Provide legal guidance on issues such as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, and employee relations.

• Legal Representation:

  • Represent employers in employment-related disputes, negotiations, and litigation.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including employment contracts and policies.

• Client Interaction:

  • Interact with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Provide proactive legal solutions and risk management advice.

• Supervision and Collaboration:

  • Supervise and collaborate with legal staff on employment law cases.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys.

• Legal Research:

  • Conduct legal research to stay abreast of developments in employment law.
  • Analyze and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.

• Compliance Review:

  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure employer compliance with employment laws.
  • Advise clients on best practices for maintaining compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • 5-6 years of experience in employment law practice.

• Bar Admission:

  • Must be admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Legal Advisory Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to independently advise employers on a wide range of employment law issues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
