# Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager PwC is looking for an experienced and motivated Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager to join its Internal Tax team. The successful candidate will provide a full range of tax services to PwC related to complex financial reporting, cost management, tax planning, investment management and transaction processing. ## Job Requirements and Preferences The ideal candidate for the Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager role should have the following: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * 4+ years of experience managing and performing individual tax compliance/reviews and planning for executives, preferably for a global network of professional services firms * CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar certification * Master's degree in a related field is preferred The successful candidate should also demonstrate: * Understanding of Partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, Schedules A,B,C,D, E and year end planning * Ability to leverage a network of internal stakeholders and external resources to meet the needs of and service a client-base of partners and principals within a global network of professional services firms * Technical skills with reviewing individual tax returns and tax planning for partners within a firm or executives, especially identifying and addressing client tax issues * Use of firm-issued technologies, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc) and Google at Work (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) * Ability to lead and collaborate with team members virtually, including managing and supporting the work/life balance of the team * Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships at the executive level * Ability to manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties * Ability to simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points * Knowledge of PwC's code of ethics and business conduct ## Salary Information For positions based in San Francisco, consideration of qualified candidates with arrest and conviction records will be in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
