The ideal candidate should have a degree in computer science, preferably electrical engineering, and experience in drafting patent applications in computer-related arts, including software technologies and related fields.

Duties:

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications.
• Draft patent applications related to computer science and electrical engineering.
• Conduct patent research and analysis.
• Collaborate with inventors and stakeholders to understand inventions.
• Advise clients on intellectual property matters.
• Communicate with patent examiners and clients.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.

Education:
