A law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney for their Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will handle a broad spectrum of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, employment matters, and more.

Job Overview:

• Handle cases from inception to resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Manage the discovery process.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and execution.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, is a plus.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
