Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Strong community presence with an established network
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
- Focus on client experience and working on their behalf

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problems
- Dynamic and credible professional with exceptional presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach to business
- Experience and knowledge of equity and fixed income markets, as well as alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate
