The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in creditors' rights practice, possess the ability to handle sophisticated work at a national level and be licensed to practice in Colorado.

Duties:

  • Handle a variety of creditors' rights and commercial litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in the law.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of bankruptcy/creditors' rights and commercial litigation experience is preferred.
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
  • Active Colorado licensure or ability to waive into practice in Colorado is required.
  • Superior academic performance in law school.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Colorado Bar membership.
